Overview

PP2Wiki is owned and licensed exclusively by lunorsys GmbH. This is NOT open source software. The source code is proprietary and confidential.

✅ You are licensed to:
  • Use PP2Wiki through the Atlassian Marketplace
  • Display Dataverse data in your Confluence instance
  • Configure and customize the macro for your needs
  • Access support from lunorsys GmbH
❌ You are NOT allowed to:
  • Copy, duplicate, or reproduce the source code
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
  • Modify or create derivative works
  • Sell, sublicense, or redistribute the software
  • Publish the source code publicly
  • Use the software to develop competing products
  • Remove or alter copyright notices

Key Terms

1. Grant of License

lunorsys GmbH grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use PP2Wiki solely as deployed through the Atlassian Marketplace, subject to:

  • This License Agreement
  • The Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Service
  • Your valid subscription or license to PP2Wiki

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All right, title, and interest in PP2Wiki, including all intellectual property rights, are owned exclusively by lunorsys GmbH. This license does NOT transfer any ownership to you.

You acknowledge that:

  • The software contains valuable trade secrets
  • Disclosure of source code would cause irreparable harm
  • Breach of these restrictions will result in legal action

3. Confidentiality

You must treat this software and all associated documentation as confidential and proprietary. You shall not disclose the software or any of its contents to any third party without prior written consent from lunorsys GmbH.

4. Warranty Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement
  • Accuracy or completeness

lunorsys GmbH does not warrant that the software will meet your requirements or that operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.

5. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL lunorsys GmbH BE LIABLE FOR:

Indirect Damages Incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Financial Loss Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity
Physical Damage Property damage or loss caused by the software
Legal Damages Damages resulting from your violation of laws or regulations
